Kaazi Beach Resort

is a hotel on the shores of Lake Victoria, 30 minutes from Entebbe Airport.

The hotel has 18 rooms, all of them with a spacious balcony overlooking the lake.

It has an inside restaurant with an adjacent terrace on the upper floor, as well as a large, partly covered terrace on the down floor, serving continental food. All terraces boast magnificent views of the bay, which houses numerous bird species.

The hotel also has a 40m long pool, two conference rooms, events grounds for parties and weddings, as well as a gym and wellness centre.

Kaazi Beach Resort is a paradise for kids. It has a playground, a sand pit, a kiddie pool, a zip line and a children’s farm. Boat trips on Lake Victoria can be arranged. Kaazi Beach Resort wants to give back to the community.

It supports a project that teaches youth how to grow nutritious food in a bid to stop the problem of ‘stunting’, which affects one in three children in Uganda.

Restaurants

There are two restaurants:

One on the upper floor and one on the ground floor. Both are overlooking the lake.

They are an excellent observation post for bird watchers.

The restaurants serves mainly European dishes with special attention to healthy foods.
All dishes have either an assortment of fresh vegetables or a side salad.
Any part of the restaurant can be hired for private parties or functions.

The restaurant on the ground floor has a bar, a lounge,

a partly covered and partly open terrace.

On the upper floor there is an inside restaurant and an adjacent terrace.
